Music museum of Nepal

Museum is the place where you will able to see all historical things.Similarly,music museum of Nepal also preserves all the old instruments so that the new generation can easily know about the past instruments.The music museum of Nepal is situated at Mahadev Bahal,Tripureshwar.If people are interested in traditional music then he/she should visit to music museum.It is the place where u find lots of traditional instruments.

This Museum was established by Mr.Ram prasad Kandel with the help of government .He collected these instruments since 1995 for his own collection thinking of preservation of traditional instruments. The museum already have about 350 traditional instrument collected from Nepal and from other countries(mainly from India).Every Saturday, there is traditional instrument concert organised by the museum with small groups or local musicians.
